I work at the intersection of perception, space, and emotion.
My background in Urban Planning (La Sapienza University, Rome) and years of drawing cities have shaped my approach to space not as a physical structure, but as an embodied and emotional experience. Teaching architectural drawing and urban sketching at Istanbul Technical University continuously deepens my exploration of the relationship between spatial thinking and perception.
Painting, urban sketching, digital illustration, and spatial experimentation are not separate disciplines in my practice — they are different expressions of the same inquiry. As the co-founder of RunArte Creative Agency, I also develop brand strategy and visual identity systems, integrating analytical structure with intuitive creation.
I do not draw places as objects.
I draw how they feel.
Through projects such as Eyes Open Ubuntu, I investigate invisible connections between individuals, combining traditional and digital techniques to construct layered visual narratives.
For me, drawing is not documentation.
It is a way of thinking.
A way of being present.
